&1 Basics
(I) Basic conditions for playing
Each player must agree with everything written bellow.
(II) Game Availability
Company can't assure to players that game will run always and for everyone.
There can be possible mistakes in hardware or software we are using.
Company does not take responsibility of data loss.
We reserving our rights to close the game for maintenance or upgrades.
&2 Membership
(I) Becoming a member
Player become a member when he registers his account.
Every player must be 16+ in order to play the game and 18+ in order to receive any possible prize. While registration player must provide HIS and VALID email address.
(II) Ending membership
Membership ends when player's account is deleted.
(III) Deleting and freezing account
Player's account freezes after 10 days of non-activity.
Player's account is instantly deleted if player is involved in any suspicious activities such as cheating or breaking the terms. Once account is deleted, membership ends.
Company reserves rights to delete or freeze any account, without prerior notice.
(IV) Refund
Refunds are not possible because every good is virtual and cannot be restored.
(V) Premium and Virtual goods
Becoming a Premium player (Major) gives you ability to change your avatar, personal message, extra increased max. turns for 1,000 and special major's medal.
Premium has unlimited duration.
Company can award player with premium account if player has been involved in any competition or special event.
Premium and virtual goods is subject to change and more informations are based in the game such as price and quantity.
(VI) Mailing
Company has right to send emails to all players in matter of registration, activation, news, reports, come backs and all other emails which includes sponsored emails.
&3 Content
Company is not responsible for player's public and private content. However, Company cannot guarantee that every unappropriated content will be removed.
Player undertake to keep communication and other statements free from pornographic, racist or abusive content, from contents glorifying violence and from other offensive or prohibited contents.
Company will removed every account for possibly using any unappropriated messages or images.
&4 Abuse
(I) Manipulation
Player is not allowed to take advantage of any possible bug, content error or hardware failure.
Player must inform the Company for any bug or mistake he is aware of.
Player is not allowed to hurts server or game in any way.
Player is not allowed to download, translate, sell or change any copyrighted material that can be found on Company's servers.
(II) Prohibited software
Player can access the game only with web, mobile and gaming station browsers.
Player is not allowed to use anything that will make the game easier to him or change other player's gameplay.
&5 Limits
(I) Number of accounts
Player can have and use only one (1) account.
(II) Reselling
Player is not allowed to sell or give his account to third party.
&6 Security
(I) Database
Company has right to keep all player's informations such as IP, e-mail, username and all ingame statistics.
(II) Data transfer
Company has right to cooperate with police and inform them with player's informations if there is suspected crime.
Company has right to sell the game to third party including all database informations.
Company cannot guarantee that new owner will use database provided including premium accounts and all other virtual goods.
(III) Data change
Player has right to change his password.
Player doesn't have right to change his e-mail, bonus, username after registration.
&7 General
(I) Player's rights
Playing Cetwar is player's privilege and not his right. All accounts are in Company's ownership.
&8 Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for any injuries, addictions or even death because of playing Cetwar.
We warn all players that they should take a break after playing for more then one (1) hour.
&9 Changing terms
Company has right to change terms without any prerior notice.
Company will inform you on index page about all changes.
&10 Services
(I) Type of payment
Player can buy premium or virtual goods by PayPal (World Wide) or bank transfer (Only in Slovenia).
(II) Start of service
Service starts in maximum 24 hours after payment is made and approved.
Company will inform you on your e-mail about status of ordered service.
Company has right to deny any service.
